WineFollow provides tools that allow merchants to:

• track customer interest
• manage follow functionality
• create automations and workflows based on customer interests

You agree to use the application in compliance with:

• Shopify’s Terms of Service
• applicable laws and regulations
• privacy and consumer protection laws

2. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• the content and configuration of their store
• customer communications
• compliance with applicable privacy laws
• how customer tags and follow data are used

3. Billing

WineFollow may offer paid subscription plans.

Fees, billing cycles, and trial periods are presented through Shopify’s billing system.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension of access to the application.

4. Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may evolve, change, or be discontinued at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

WineFollow shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of revenue or business opportunities
• issues resulting from third-party platforms or Shopify services

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Merchants may uninstall the application at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
